What URDNAI may collect
URDNAI may collect information you choose to provide when you email, book a call, or submit an enquiry.
- Name, email address, organisation, role, and contact details.
- Business context, workflows, systems, current AI usage, risk notes, and desired outcomes.
- Meeting, calendar, and communication information when a call is arranged.
- Website usage data, such as page views, referral source, campaign source, device/browser information, and conversion events.
Do not send confidential client records, credentials, regulated data, or sensitive internal documents through a public website form or ordinary email unless a secure process has been agreed.
How information is used
- Respond to enquiries and prepare for calls.
- Understand whether an AI systems audit, training, governance review, agent build, custom software project, or private AI system is a fit.
- Improve website content, service positioning, and conversion paths.
- Measure advertising performance and retarget interested visitors where consent and platform rules allow.
- Maintain records for ordinary business administration, security, and compliance.
Services planned for launch
The launch stack is expected to use:
- Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Microsoft Bookings for email, calendar, and booking workflow.
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads for analytics, campaign measurement, conversion tracking, and retargeting.
- CookieYes for cookie consent and Google Consent Mode v2.
- Cloudflare for DNS, static hosting/CDN, SSL, security, and performance.
- Plausible Analytics only if a lightweight secondary dashboard is enabled.
These providers may process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
Your choices
You can contact URDNAI to ask about information you have provided, request correction, or request deletion where legally and operationally appropriate.
